The service that we deliver to you is of paramount importance to

This is why you’ll have access to the mobile number of your
dedicated engineer. He’ll be personally responsible
for your installation, and has been known to answer his telephone
on Christmas day.
He’ll be able to liaise directly with the management centre
here in Nottingham, and has 3G access to enable him to intervene
remotely, wherever he happens to be at the time.
If a problem lies outside of our realm, be assured that our service
centre will liaise with whichever third party is responsible; and
we’ll have your issue resolved as soon as humanly possible. |
